Each program typically spans 8-12 weeks and may include one-on-one coaching, group coaching, mentoring, leadership frameworks, and customized assessments such as 360-degree feedback, MBTI, Enneagram, and Team Management Profile.

My approach is rooted in research on cultivating psychological safety within teams. I achieve this through team coaching, fostering a feedback culture, and creating space for team and individual reflection. Your needs are my priority, and we can work independently or in collaboration with partners as required.
